Overnight Breakfast

Serves 4 - 8

One 2 # bag hash browns
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
10 eggs
One 12 oz pkg. brown-n-serve sausage (cut in 1" pieces)
6 tablespoons milk
4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Optional - mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc...

Beat eggs & milk. Spray 9x13 glass pan with Pam spray. Layer hashbrowns, cheese, and sausage. Pour eggs and milk with salt and pepper over hashbrowns, cheese, and sausage. Let set overnight in the refrigerator. Let come to room temperature in the morning. Bake at 350 degrees for thirty-five minutes uncovered.
