Serves 4 - 8
2 lbs hamburger
2 pkg (10 count large biscuits)
2 cans of Cream of Potato soup
1 can of milk
1 to 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and/or mozzarella)
Brown 2 lbs hamburger browned w/ minced onion and garlic powder. Let cool. Press 2 pkg (10 count large biscuits) in 9x13 pan. Put
browned hamburger mixture on top of biscuits. Cook 2 cans of Cream of Potato soup, 1 can of milk, and 1 to 2 cups shredded cheese
(cheddar and/or mozzarella). Cook until cheese melts. Pour over hamburger, add 1 cup mozzarella on top. Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
