Cheese Bread

Serves 2 - 4 people

1 loaf of italian bread
1 package of mozerella cheese
1 package of cheddar cheese
1/2 - 3/4 stick soft butter

Slice bread in half (like a hotdog bun is sliced) and flip top half upside down. Butter bread uniformly, but not too thickly. Sprinkle cheeses on top of butter. Put bread on baking sheet and broil until cheese melts and starts to brown. Feel free to use other cheeses or add a touch of garlic powder or a little minced onion before broiling.
