Beer Bread

Makes one loaf.

1 12 ounce can or bottle of beer (room temperature). Dark beer can be used for a different flavor.
3 to 5 tablespoons of sugar
3 cups self-rising flour (regular flour will not work)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bread loaf pan.

Mix all ingredients together and dump into greased bread loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove the bread from pan to cool as soon as you remove from the oven.

Even though it makes your kitchen smell like beer, it doesn't taste much like beer.
